Very cool. Thanks!

But using a proprietary file format (.rar) for open source project files? Hmmm. :o

Hadn't given it a thought.

You can use 7zip for rar. It's open source, has windows and linux support.

Are you planning on selling these Dave? I'd like to buy one, looks awesome.

One minor omission - mil eqiuvalents of the 0.1mm increments of drill sizes - don't know how common it is but PCAD shows drill sizes in mils if in imperial mode.

..and if you want a real luxury (expensive) version, on the other side have a matrix of all the different resist and silkscreen colours.

Zip is much more commonly used, and supported directly by more recent Windoze versions, and universally accepted by PCB manufacturers.
I don't give a crap about proprietoriness, just ease of use and ubiquity.

Youtube channel:Taking wierd stuff apart. Very apart.
Mike's Electric Stuff: High voltage, vintage electronics etc.
Day Job: Mostly LEDs

I really like those holes on the ends, makes finding the right size hole for any TH component really easy.

Yeah, had to leave something out in the end. Only had a mil->mm table.
Drill sizes are mostly done in mm anyway.

That would be nice. These were unfortunately a last minute rush job. Circuit Labs only had time to do a single sided run, and no gold plate, so it's only bare copper. Ideally I wanted metric one side, imperial the other etc.
The bigger wider 30cm rulers fit a lot more info and clearer text, but I liked the idea of compact 6" rule. Wider than a standard 6" rule though, so expanded to 7"
Should be very durable using Circuit Labs photo emulsion component overlay technique.
