If you need those voltages on separate rails then it may get a bit expensive, however there are a number of benchtop power supplies that will easily cover 0-40v at about 5Amps.

why 120 V ? forgive me but you sound inexperienced and nobody in their right mind plays with 120V unless they really have to and usually a 120V supply would be a separate unit as with such a voltage difference it would just complicate matters.

You still need to answer the questions we have put to you. there are a number of second hand power supplies going on ebay, I just bagged a 3-15V @ 25A for £40

well it may be a little faulty but i though worth a gamble as I'm saving 60 odd quid on getting the new one
