looking for recommendation for molex type free hanging connector set

I'm needing a multi pin connector to interrupt a 20-30 core cable that i want to be able to disconnect.

however reliability over the long term is a huge issue with this - so looking for something approaching aerospace quality (approaching is ok not fully there -but much better than your average molex - so gold plated etc would be good) but it has to be fairly compact too since it has to be tucked in with several other wiring looms .. to accept 24-28 ga wire. Any recommendations??
