How does it work?

I've posted a YouTube video that shows an interesting way to use the AVR RESET Pin as an Input without disabling it's ability to reset the processor, or the ability to program the chip via ISP. Can you figure out how it works?  Consider yourself an advanced AVR programmer if you can.



I'm sure this technique has been used many times before, but perhaps it's new to you and you'll have a use for it.  If so, please leave a comment on the video.
