Need 12 volt SPDT Analog Switch IC

I need to switch a 100 kHz sine wave that is in the 8-10 volt range. The switch should be SPDT and run at 12 volts. Switching speed should be less than 700 ns. I am trying to replace a CD4053 part with a smaller package. The switch needs to be a SMD part. On resistance can be anything under 600 ohms.

I can find plenty of parts that run at 5 volts but there seems to be very few parts in the 12 volt range. The part needs to be $1 or less in cost. The only thing I have found is a MAX4544. The part needs to be available from Mouser or Digi-Key if possible.
