TLE 4201A by Siemens --obsolete, looking for source or equivalent

I'm trying to bring an old motor controller board back to life and it uses several of these chips, some of which I believe are bad.  Anyone have leads on where I can find these and/or know of any equivalent chips I could use in an existing circuit designed for the TLE 4201A?

Siemens Semiconductor became Infineon, would these parts work?
