Oh, I intended, and still intend to check it carefully. Its a common part, and I'd wager I've done far more libs then most Eagle users. I'm just rather surprised that LM3886 was removed from the included library for some reason. Probably right around the time CADSOFT was bought by Farnell.
We use the LM3886 as a power op-amp to drive ultrafast galvanometer scanners. These are used to position laser beams. With closed loop feedback from capacitive position sensing on the shaft, we obtain DC to 4.5 KHz response driving a 3x3 mm mirror as a load, and our mirror inertia is 0.13 gm-cm^2. LM3886 stable when used as a inverting power op-amp with a loop gain better then 20.
Does the above statement prove I'm NOT a newbie, just a busy guy?
