graphic equalizer with gyrator issue TL072

this is an equalizer with gyrator elements.
i have tried to realize it with Tl072
opamp.
i made just for 60hz

how to connect it on 15 0 -15v

so far i have not been able to get clear audio via this.also pot for 60hz filter dont show any change when i vary.

Note that in the other schematics Vb is defined by a voltage divider between +9 and GND:



So for adaptation for 15-0-15 I would use 15 for "+9", -15 for "GND" and 0 for "Vb".
