Hi,
I had for a couple of years, an old IKEA lamp in my bathroom. There is also another light on a wall, so this one was not really usefull. When i found on ebay and other sites some chineese vendors that propose cheap power RGB leds.. I thought, well, why not ?
I like the big polished glass diffuser on the lamp, perfect for enhencing rgb color mixing and making diffusing light.
First I wanted to do custom electronics, but when i found this:
http://www.goodluckbuy.com/30w-rgb-ip67-waterproof-led-light-driver-ac85v-265v.htmlWell.. It's supplied with a remote, not expensive... I have a lot of other project's, so, well, this one toke about 15 minutes to be ready.
I waw planing to use 3x10W RGB LEDs, but one was defect, so it's actually working with two. A third will come, even if the actual power is more than enough

Quite easy, but fun ! It cost me about 25€ and just take a few minutes to assemble ^^
