Fixing a board, and I'm trying to identify a couple of components

Hey guys, I'm trying to repair a board, and I'm having trouble identifying a couple of compontns.

The first one I believe is some kind of voltage regulator, and seeing the components around it I believe it's an LDO:



The second one is being used as some kind of driver for a dual MOSFET (N-FET and P-FET in same package)



I googled, copiloted, and looked at around 100 datasheets looking for those markings but I've failed.

Anyone out there used something like this before?

Is the mosfet pair direct logic drive?  I see linear regs with G8, but also an XOR gate (TC7SET86)

The dual fets is an F7307 from Infineon. I think it may be that XOR gate.

Often when tracing out a board, the "context" helps alot - if its surrounded by large caps, probably a regulator.  And inductor next to it, buck/boost/sepic etc.. As of course, does the pinout.  Often just finding the GND pin(s) and Vin is enough to verify at least the function of the device.

That's a good point. I know from some tracing done that the first component, the one with "LAMRRT" is a voltage regulator, probably an LDO, and since I don't see any feedback resistors around it, I assume it's a fixed output LDO with a Vout of most likely 3.3V for this system.

If I assign pins like this:

1   2
3 4 5

1 = looks like floating
2 = also floating
3 = GND
4 = Vin
5 = Vout

The other one is a bit hard to say, I am certain it is not a regulator, and I thought it may be some kind of logic, but since it's being used with a dual-fet (N and P) part, I'm now thinking that this is maybe a dual BJT.
