Enclosure - letting sound out & stopping water getting in?

A few years back i'm sure i found a company that supplies "sounder diaphragms" to enable an enclosure with an internal sounder to emit that sound but remain "sealed".  However, my GoogleFoo is letting me down and i can't seem to find anything similar now! 

Anyone used something similar?
