FOSS pipeline for simulations using the PCB layout/3D model

Hey guys I've been searching around on the internet if anyone has figured out the entire FOSS simulation pipeline after generating gerbers/3D step file.

Altium and all the other commercial packages have numerous plugins to do current density simulations, temperature rise, emitted stuff, you name it.

FOSS too has a tool for everything, but there is limited integration. I have seen some videos on youtube tutorials where people use OpenEMS or freecad FEM workbench or ElmerFEM etc to do sims from exported gerber files.
