Help identifying a pressure sensor

Hi, I recently found this AND UA-611 blood pressure monitor which is faulty. I plan to desolder the smd pressure sensor (labeled U3 on the board and marked as 0179V) and use it in another project but i have not been able to identify it. I have been searching for a repair guide or something that could help me getting the part no. I would appreciate any help, pictures of the board are attached.
