Ts02n capacitive touch ic not working right on glass why?

Hi
I have this ic that is ts02n that is capacitive touch
It suppose to work with glass
I have 1 cm to 1 cm pad connected to it
And 1 pf cap sense to it and 10 k on r_bias
It work good without glass on it's touch pad but it does not work with glass on it's touch pad
What can I do?
