USB reset occurs-to Cypress CX3

Hi ,
Cypress CX3 chip is getting reset when powered from Win10 PC USB 3.0 port, when It consumes 570mA.
But when i using powered hub for the device it is not reset. I have also probed the waveforms there is no dip in the voltage.
Can anyone share any idea how to debug further ??
