DAM11W1S connector dimensions (for SRS PRS10 or Efratom FRS)

I'm designing an adapter board for an SRS PRS10. This uses an ITT Cannon DAM11W1S connector. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble finding dimensions for a footprint. There's this document https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/578/ITT_Cannon_D_Subminiature_Products-1869325.pdf, but I don't see footprint dimensions in there for this part.

I have a part in front of me, which I can measure, but it would be nice to have the information in a technical drawing to be sure.

Does anyone have data on this?

ITT Cannon provides a 3D model by request only. If that works, I'll post the results here.

This catalog has the footprint (https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/578/ITT_Cannon_D_Subminiature_Catalog-1549782.pdf). I've attached the relevant info here. The signal contacts are 0.030in. I believe the part number for this is DAM11W1SN. I don't know what the part number for the PCB version of the coax insert is.

I built one of these PRS10 breakout boards a while ago and those are the exact parts I used. I should put the Eagle files up on GitHub.
