d401a pinout

i need help getting the pinout of d401a its a to-220 packagei sent my father with a list of parts to buy at a local electronics store and he came back with the wrong transistors |O :palm: i got 4-D401a i learned a valuable lesson dont send your dad to buy components for you D.I.Y.-do it yourself thanks for the help

Somebody mentioned to me there is an awesome tool call google that you can just type stuff in and it finds all kinds of information for you.  Maybe you can give it a go and report back?

T220 transistors usually follow B-C-E / G-D-S orientation.

Add "2s" in front of the d401a (2sd401a) and you will get some relevant search hits.
