Landline to cellphone USB interface

Looking for a USB interface circuit to make and receive calls with the old landline telephone using the cellular telephone network.

You're looking for a "FXS box" or "Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA)".

All you really need is a cellular module, maybe an Arduino.
