Just got it caled, it's simpler than I thought. Just follow SM and adjust a few pots. But SM is essential.

Hmm, not I good idea I think, wouldn't want water in the EHT or power transformer.

Actually Dave's video inspired me to calibrate my 2225, easy with the service manual. Calibrating the vertical deflection is particularly easy as you can just use an adjustable voltage source and an accurate multimeter. Actually got me interested in finally getting around to making a function generator. Was thinking about Dave's 0-10Mhz DDS Function Generator, but there seems to be an issue with the PCB on the SC website, but this is off topic.
