Can you identify these SMD parts?

Its used to drive IGBT on Panasonic Plasma TV, sustain board.

judging by the font these are either Sanyo or Rohm parts ... it's gonna be hard...

Looks about right as a buffer, the other must be a high side driver for the FET the buffer is driving.

Thanks for the hint... 2nd one is a BD8693according to this and  this. Oddly enough, no other mentions of it on Rohm's own site, but plenty of Chinese sites selling them. The picture here is pretty conclusive: http://hlxdianzi.ic37.com/ProductView.asp?Productid=569751

Check for shorted blue Monolithics, I just fixed another one yesterday. They are hard to spot but the fading color should help. Use an IR thermometer don't use your fingers. Fets driver die is possible but the monolithics short should be ruled out first.

What do you mean by monolithics? (blue capacitors?)

Any replacement for this transistor?
