Can I extract video from a LOREX NVR camera thru ENET without a NVR controller?

Have a few new LOREX cameras that are over 10 years old.
LOREX no longer has compatible NVR controllers / recorders for them. (At least none in stock)
Camera is MODEL LNB3143R-C    Has a CAT5 and a 12vdc connector.
Would like to find a way to Hook this to my computer and extract video from the camera.
I've attached a screenshot of the specs. It's greek to me...
