I've got some Intel 1103A RAM chips from the early 70's and trying to understand the data sheet.
Took a lot of googling but eventually found the Intel data book and after reading through the data sheet a few times I'm not not sure exactly what the voltage requirements are to power these chips.
I've read through many datasheets but this one has me stumped.
Max Ratings:
All I/O voltages with respect to the most positive supply voltage, Vbb is -25V to 0.3V
Supply Voltages Vdd and Vss with respect to Vbb is -25V to 0.3V
Am I missing some in the datasheet, or is it just poorly documented. What should Vss, Vbb, Vdd be?
I've tried to find a schematic that uses these chips and from there I can see what voltages it's hooked up to but coming up empty handed.
