WIRELESS SPRINKLER CONTROL PROJECT IDEA
« on: August 23, 2024, 06:54:02 pm »
Have a project idea that I don't know how to implement.

Have a sprinkler controller in the garage at the front of the house.
Would like to it to control sprinkler valves for the back yard but I can not run wires between the two points.
There is a 60'distance with 4 walls and a kitchen to go thru.
Need a wireless idea to control sprinkler valves. (There is 120vac present in the backyard)

Please help me lay some groundwork for this project. While I'm well versed in basic electronics; I have no idea where to start with this.

Cryptocurrency has taught me to love math and at the same time be baffled by it.

Cryptocurrency lesson 0: Altcoins and Bitcoin are not the same thing.

Make the sprinklers react to light, or to music "play your favorite tune, to water the gardune", or to trigger when they detect a stray cat!
