Typically between £20 and £50 an hour for a layout agency. A straightforward digital board like that should only take a couple of days at most if there aren't too many new components that need making in the library.
What is vital is that you define the board criteria before you start. Size, layer count, track and gap limits, power planes, connector locations, fixing points, IPC class, soldering method, resist, silk screen etc. You also need to know what they're going to deliver, ie gerber for all layers, some DXF to import into your mechanical system, component position and angles to program the pick and place machine, etc etc.and how much tweaking they'll accept between showing you what they think is a good layout and you adjusting it so you think it will really work.
Then, just when they've spent half a day generating all the manufacturing information and archived the job you will spot a mistake that needs a modification.
