Identify this Capacitor - LG 820 C 5YC

Hi All.
Trying to repair a Playstation 4 Powersupply that I suspect is bad caps.
The only caps I have not replaced yet are the ones on the 12v Bus, but Can't identify what Rating/ Type.

They should be the capacitors in the attached datasheet, 820µF 16V
