Old Scanner type?
« on: January 28, 2019, 07:00:21 pm »
Hi!

Just a quickie one - I know it's only a minor point - I'd like to build this UV LED exposure box. . .

https://lytrax.io/blog/projects/diy-uv-exposure-box

. . .but it would be handy to have the same or a very similar scanner as a base as the model depicted already has 12V and USB inlets ready for use and two buttons on the front in a convenient place all ready for use!

Does anyone recognize this make and model of scanner so I can look for the same or one very similar?

It's an enigma that's what it is!! This thing's not fixed because it doesn't want to be fixed!!

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...

 Hi!

Thanks for that – the reason I was interested in the same model as per the original prototype as it already has USB and power holes provided to give a neat completed finish plus a convenient sloping front for the display module, control buttons & encoder control!
