Does anyone know what this part is?

Most likely a FET or SSR used as an output driver on an industrial type board. O/P is rated 30V, 2A

I'm interfacing to it and just want to know what I'm dealing with, manual is vague.

Pretty sure that's just a fancy marking on a bog standard BC858A.

BC858A is a 3 pin SOT-23 package. The image I posted already shows that the SOT-23 device is a BAV99, it's the other part (6 pin) circled in yellow with the 3J 2n W marking that I'm trying to figure out
