Updating the bing maps api of a exe application

I was trying to make a project https://www.elecfreaks.com/blog/post/arduino-gps-map-navigation-system.html
The website included a exe file for getting maps which is powered by bing maps api. The problem i was facing with the app is, when i tried to draw and download, it says "download error <N>" the app is in chinese and actually the website is different that i can't post here as it leaks ip address. So i read the forums and understood, the app has old version of bing maps. So how can i update it? Here is the App and the arduino code on a zip and the location of the app is software support/ release.rar/ release/ maptile.exe . i have few days left for this and a quick help helps me a lot. Thanks.
