UPDTATES WON'T INSTALL

Hi there!!
I have a Laptop PC, where the Windows 10 Updates won't install.The anti-virus Microsoft Defender installs properly though.
This is probally causing my 'Screen Saver', not to work, at all.It just says, "Can't Install Updates", and returns to Windows 10
with no apparant problems.

What, could be causing this??
