Don’t forget that Shahriar has a full-time job at Bell Labs.Maybe he’s too busy at moment and not able to produce new videos…
Does anybody know what has happened to Shahriar? There has been nothing on the Signal Path for a couple of months now and there are no replies on the Youtube channel.
there are no replies on the Youtube channel
Geez, what was the complaint? Not enough cats?I rarely read the Youtube comments and consequently I wouldn't see a "Thanks for watching" reply. Shariar has his own forum and he responds here as well. I don't expect content creators to spend time in the YT comments quagmire. They probably read them to see what their viewers think. I don't even expect that anymore. If you see what some people write it can be an awfully depressing place to hang out.
I have thought about this very thing. Even thought about posting a discussion on it. Not pointing fingers (Not Signal Path or EEVBlog) but I do see a LOT of YouTube channel owners that do not reply or even thanks folks for responding. Now I can understand channels that have hundreds of thousands subs and a few hundred post not being able to at least say thanks for watching. But this seems to become the norm for even small channels now. If I get to the point and do not respond to my viewers I hope to be called out on it.

I personally do try to reply to Youtube comments, but yeah the volume is large. You stand the best chance in the first day a video is released when I will generally monitor comments more closely.I think it's an important thing for a content producer to do, and possibly has played a good part in my channels success.
He clearly likes what he does for a living and it pays the bills, what's the problem? He doesn't owe anyone anything re his youtube channel.

Stop whining people... Hes good and will make another video for us soon enough... Not lik hes on schedule or something. Way he makes videos is not easy.. Nice cut, setups, ordering parts needed, etc...
I believe Shahriar is/was in the process of moving.
It's not just a matter of waiting for a new video. If you check the userlist you'll see that he hasn't been active on the forum since Apr. 27 and his last post was Apr. 24.Nobody's THAT busy! Are they?
