Wrong time stamps

How do i change the time displayed here on the forum all the time stamps are wrong, i would assume it would adjust when i entered my city and location in profile settings but it does not fix it

If you go to profile settings > Look and layout there are some times settings you can play with.
Specifically the Time Offset option can help you here.

Like voltlog said; also, for me just pressing "Auto detect" worked every time, so far. The whole issue is due to various regions switching to DST at different times.
