I have two editions of the Polish book.  My go-to reference was re-printed by a German vendor under the title "Electronic Universal Vade-Mecum" (original publication date not shown).
My favorite bit is from the Magic-Eye Tube section:  see the illustrations for file 387.
The patterns for different tubes are referenced to a slide-rule receiver frequency dial, with marks for "Warszawa", "Geneve", and "Mockba" transmissions.
From the sketches of the eye pattern, "Geneve" is obviously the desired station.
