On a driving tour of USA, a while back, I went off the beaten path in the deep south. Stopped at a Petrol station / Supermarket to
fill up / load up. I couldn't understand a single word from the owner / cashiers, so I yelled out "can anyone here understand me?".
An Irish couple came forward. They had heavy accents, but at least I could work out the gist. So for the next several minutes, it was a
3 way SouthernUSA_English <> Irish_English <> Aussie_English translation chain. Everyone else was peeing themselves laughing, and
had no idea what the other 2/3 of the conversation was. I still chuckle over it.
