Please let me know that about implementing SVPWM for induction motor and controlling V/f ratio which one uC or DSP will do the great job?

This was a special, expensive task 30 years ago.
Now, for example, from the STM32 series of ARM controllers,
almost
any will do it for $2. Same for most modern controller series, not including the cheapest/smallest.
