All flash memory had 20 years retention. This is industry standard.  I have never seen anything else. Feel free to google ST datasheet, of course, I'm not going to waste my time on that.

At worst you need to build the programming and archiving hardware so you can use longer lasting archiving storage mediums, for example printing all your contents, optionally compressed using an open source compression algorithm, into QR codes on some archive-grade medium like acid-free paper, archive film or silica glass. An optimally designed and stored film or paper backup can last for millennia. (See how Microsoft archived all active and popular projects on Github.)
