MounRiver Studio - peripheral registers
« on: February 21, 2023, 11:14:26 am »
When debugging an example download from here https://github.com/openwch/ch32v003 the "Peripherals" view doesn't show anything at difference with my expectation.

Expectation reinforced by finding CH32V003xx.svd well buried into MounRiver_Sudio/template/wizard/WCH/RISC-V/CH32V003.

Has anyone found a way to look into peripheral registers?

I just found out that if I create a new project (rather than opening one of the github examples) the .svd with peripheral description gets loaded and I can see all register.

The answer was pretty simple (once you know where to look), also people on github are pretty reacvtive.

I found the file path configured exactly as in the picture, possibly eclipse (ahem mounriver) was expecting to find the demo code inside its workspace but I downloaded it elsewhere.

I just browsed to the .svd
