5v LED Controller board sourcing help! CSY007-RF-5v-24v

Hello,
Newbie here to the forum!  I am trying to source just the controller board for running strings of LED lights. I will be embedding the controller in the project and need just the board itself with the RF or BT receiver, input/output etc.  They typically come with the controller and the board itself is wrapped in shrinktube with power supply on one end and output on the other.  Any help would be greatly appreciated in sourcing these!
