I am currently designing my first board to include a microcontroller. After referencing the hardware reference manual, the Nucleo board schematics, and other resources, this is how I got the layout. If can somebody can take a look at my schematic and make sure that I setup the MCU right, that would be very helpful! Thank you!

Could you post a larger resolution picture? Because even at full size, this one is still hard to read.

From what I *could* see, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong though, except VDD decoupling. There is only one bypass cap that I could see, and (but it's hard to read) it looks like it's 15 pF?? You typically need like 100 nF. Also, you should put one bypass cap per VDD pin on the MCU (and layed out close to said pin), also including VDDA, and ideally VBAT and  VDDUSB as well.

Another point, less problematic, but that I still suggest: add a 100 nF cap (to ground) to the NRST pin. This pin has an internal pull-up, but adding an external cap helps making this more robust to external perturbations.

Agree on the bypass caps - 1 per Vdd connection.  That is, I believe, an ST Microsystems recommendation.

Also 32.768 MHz? The nucleo board has a socket for an 8 MHz crystal and uses a 32.768 kHz crystal.

When creating a symbol for chip, I prefer to group pins by function so that I won't have Vcc or GND pins scattered all over the place. It also makes easy to ensure none of power pins are missed. Imagine 200+ pins part with power pins all around the symbol!
