How does this old ER1400 EAROM work?

I'm trying to understand how this old ER14OO EAROM in the attached schematic works. My aim is to be able to read its contents. Is anyone familiar with its operation? Thanks.

PS Just found a General Instrument data book with Bulletin 1207 application note. Not had time to read the app note yet. It seems I'm gradually answering my own question. May be useful for those following along, though.

PPS Just found this (PIC1650_TO_ER1400EAROM_EXTRACT_ASM_LIST) application section from the PIC1650 datasheet (app note attached-datasheet too big). I need to extract the assembly listing and then convert to CCS C.
