That's better documented than a lot of "tiny kernels", but the list of "supported platforms" includes a lot of ports that don't look like they got very far ("proved in concept" might be a better term than "supported.")

Nuttx is a famous real time operating system in the market. And it is well known for Scalability from 8-bit to 32-bit microcontroller environments. The primary governing standards in NuttX are Posix and ANSI standards.

Many of those ports are of "I can do this" kind. No clear articulation of "why I want to do this".
Unless they get some traction / scale, it is a waste of time to even look at them.
