LSM6DSM Motion Detect Interrupt Interrupts

I am working on application with ATMEGA2560-IC and LSM6DSM IMU, I only want to use IMU to sense Significant motion detect and Using an Interrupt pin to read that signal, I am not concerned about specific values of the sensor.

Basically, this is mounted on the rails of a server rack, whenever rail is pulled, I want a temporary alarm from ATMEGA2560, I have checked the configuration Multiple times, but the LSM6DSM is not giving any interrupts.
