Hi there.

I have some old Renesas M30260F8AGP microcontroller in stock which i cant flash with our program.
These type of microcontroller have an internal ID which you can set for readout AND deletion protection.

The STM controller family have lockbits, too. But you can delete the parts without any problem...

Did anybody have a glue if there is another possibility to delete these parts nonetheless?
I had bought the devices on the net and they comes protected.
I dont want to readout the flashed firmware, but i have to delete the devices...

Hope anybody have a known trick for that.
Otherwise i have to put it into the trash :(

Maybe parallel programming is not secured.
