OV5640 - HTS & VTS

Hi.
I have a project with OV5640 image sensor. i need a custom definition of 800 x 800 px at 30 fps if possible. How can i find the HTS & VTS values for 380C 380D 380E and 380F registers? I don't want to have just the values, but how to determine it!

HTS and VTS are Total Size parameters, which include blanking areas, I guess.
I'd say try to reverse engineer from examples here:
