SMT reference resistors: make sense?

LCSC is running a promotion here on the Chinese version, and one of the brands offer this resistor: 10kOhm, 0.1%, 25ppm drift, in 1206 package.
Is that a good reference resistor? How should I design the adapter board for it?

So far that is my best resistor... I know that this isn't that great as reference...
