Have you compared specs of 34410 against 2450? My guess is that voltage is not a big deal but current will be a big deal.
The 2450 is optimized for quiet low current source and measure.
I would be surprised if you can calibrate the 2450 low current range with only a 34410.
I think you need a very good voltage source and very good high resistance standards and possibly a picoammeter or electrometer.
