I designed, for the GPSDO, the "O" is VCOCXO, it can use the ref port generate 30.72MHz signal, use the 1pps port (TP2) generate 1-24MHz, signal, but the frequency must be divided exact of 24MHz, such as 4MHz, 8MHz, 12MHz etc, if you want to generate 10MHz, it can, but, terrible.
