Manual for FEI FE-5440A or TD-1251/U

Just wondering if anyone has any of the manuals for this beast, the US Air Force manual numbers are T.O. 49B3-36-1 (OP manual) and T.O. 49B3-36-2 (Service manual).

I tried FEI, they won't sell you a manual unless you can provide them with a copy of the PO purchasing the unit......

Anyone have any experience with it?

It is for sale on eBay but the seller requires a very, very large amount.
