TiN discussed with me a dual source bridge concept. I have started with 1/2 of this bridge shown here. The voltage source is an ADI AD5791+LTZ1000 with a DMM7510 monitoring the output. I have a nominal 1G resistor in a Keithley triax fixture. Current is measured on the low side with a 6430.
The second half of the bridge will be a Fluke 731B which is stable and quiet enough.
The final piece will be a calibrated 1G resistor which is yet to be acquired. I have a Fluke 5450A which has a calibrated 100M ohm.
Another plan is to make a Hamon divider with 10 pcs of 1G resistor so that I can span from 100M to 10G
