For EZGPIB users: tools to compile your EZGPIB code unmodified.

Those of you who use EZGPIB already know how brilliantly useful it is, and that we owe the late Ulrich Bangert much gratitude for sharing it with the world.
One of my EZGPIB projects has grown into a rather large application, so I wrote some tools to translate the EZGPIB_ xxx functions into standard Pascal in order to compile with FreePascal 3.2.2.

Pro:  GPIB comms using a Prologix GPIB-USB adapter are way faster with the compiled version.
Con: I have only written support for RS232, VCP drivers up to COM30 and the Prologix so far.

The attached zip file contains everything I needed for my project, you may need to expand functionality for yours.
