Need updated voltage check on AD588 10V Reference
« on: September 18, 2016, 07:26:54 am »
I have a 10V reference based on an AD588 chip. I built the SC circuit about 6 years ago. Had it tested in Nov 2010. The output then was 10.0019V as measured on a calibrated HP3456A.

After years in storage, I powered it up 3 months ago and it has been on ever since. I am now curious as to what the true output voltage is from an 'aged' chip.

So, I am looking for someone with a calibrated meter of 6-8 digits to measure the output. I live in NSW, Australia, can post nationally and will cover return postage cost.

Also after suggestions on boxing: is it worth transferring this circuit into a sealed plastic box?
